April 2015 issue of Legal Eye on the ICC now available

The April 2015 issue of Legal Eye on the ICC is now available online. This is the second of three Special Issue editions of the Legal Eye reporting on the Trial Judgement handed down by Trial Chamber II in the case against Germain Katanga (Katanga), issued on 7 March 2014. In this second Special Issue, we discuss the Trial Chamber’s factual findings in relation to Katanga’s criminal responsibility as an indirect co-perpetrator, along with its interpretation of the elements of indirect perpetration under Article 25(3)(a) and accessory liability under Article 25(3)(d) of the Rome Statute of the ICC (Statute).
